Contraindications
There are a number of contraindications involved in sound therapy and it is my duty as a practitioner to ensure each client of Soul Frequency has a full understanding of all that is involved, allowing clients to make responsible decisions around their own health and wellbeing.
Consuming alcohol before Sound therapy can cause complications, please be aware that should you attend under the influence of alcohol I will be unable to treat you and your session will be cancelled.

1st Trimester of Pregnancy
Severe Mental Health Issues
Severe Osteoporosis
Recent Surgery (within the last 6 months)
Implants
Epilepsy
Pacemaker
Advanced Stages or cancer and/or undergoing chemotherapy
Meniere's
Tinnitus
Personal Responsibility
Any sound sessions you, as the client may receive are not a substitute for a medical diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner. It is recommended that you see such a practitioner for any physical or psychological condition you have now or in the future. As a client of Soul Frequency, you must ensure you have read, understood and completed and shared the necessary medical information to the best of your knowledge and that all details provided are true and accurate. On doing so you release Soul Frequency from liability resulting from the use of any equipment, materials, preparations, products or sound sessions and assuming you, the client, full responsibility for all risks in connection with the sound session (save for any personal injury or death caused by the negligence of Soul Frequency). You must be of lawful age and fully understand the contents of any related form completed in relation to Soul Frequency bookings. Failure to disclose information related to the contraindications may result in adverse side effects in respect of which you accept full responsibility. The undertaking of the sound session/s has been fully explained to you, the client, giving you full understanding of the sound session/s to be carried out and complications which may arise or result during or following any procedure that is performed at your request. If you, the client, are not satisfied with the sound session you must inform the practitioner, giving them the opportunity to address the issue at the time
