November Gong Bath - A Journey of Stillness and Sound - Friday 6th November 7pm-8:15pm Sapiston Village Hall

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, take time to pause, breathe, and immerse yourself in the healing frequencies of the planetary Gongs.

This November session is perfectly timed to align with the season’s natural energy of reflection as we begin to turn our focus inward for the winter months. As the year begins to wind down, it’s an opportunity to allow the resonant tones of the gong to ripple through your body, quieting the mind, softening the heart, and awakening a sense of balance and clarity. Each sound wave is an invitation to breathe more deeply, feel more fully, and reconnect with the stillness that’s always within you.

Winter Solstice Gong Bath - Friday 4th December 7pm-8:15pm Sapiston Village Hall

Honour the longest night and welcome the returning light

At the still point of the year, join me for a deeply restful Winter Solstice Gong Bath—a gentle space to pause amid the seasonal chaos, reflect and turn inward before the light begins its return.

Lie back and get comfortable as resonant waves of gong sound move through the room. The rich tones and vibrations invite the body to soften and the mind to become quiet, creating an opportunity to release what you no longer wish to carry into the new season and make space for fresh intention.

No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are and allow this seasonal sound journey to offer rest, reflection and renewal.
