Join me for a restorative Gong Bath designed to align your rhythm with the turning season, as we use the stillness of the New Moon to prepare for the Autumn Equinox, the momentary balance point between light and dark and the astronomical shift between summer and Autumn. To honour and thank the light and welcome in the darker part of the year.
As we pause to notice the seasonal change, the frequencies of the planetary Gongs will carry you through layers of tension into deeper rest, supporting release, grounding, and recalibration. The layered tones of the Gongs soothing the nervous system, whilst allowing space for gentle introspection to explore how this element of the astronomical cycle also reflects our own spiritual and emotional processes; where are we out of balance and what do we need to let go of or invite in to create a greater sense of equilibrium in our own lives?
Perfect for clearing energetic residue from the year so far and setting our intentions for the darker months ahead.
